Inspirations from :iconkurokarasu:'s suggestions during a discussion of Teresa's possible awakened form, Teresa and Claymore belongs to Yagi-sama, design of Seraphim belongs to me :3

The Seraphim as far as I have been aware were pretty much an indescribable mass of wings, eyes and light, here I gave it also elements of the four Holy Beasts upon the throne in Revelations: lion, bull, eagle and angel. The beasts also for some reason represent the gospel-writers Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and can be seen around the Wheel of Fortune in the Rider-Waite version of the Tarot. The central being is the Angel who carries a flaming sword (as I think did Gabriel or one of the other named angels from Judeo-Christian tradition.)

Basically... pretty much a god/dess who strikes with blinding light and the sword of Righteousness, master of all elements and personification of Spirit.

...you don't want to get her angry....

you wouldn't like her when she's angry.


I'd kind of like to do a painting of this.

Also featuring genuine Awakened Boobies (tm) (accept no substitutes.)

Drawing this also reminded me that devils/chief Demons were known in Gnostic traditions especially (and some Kabbalistic or Judaic traditions?? I forget) as Angelic beings who had fallen from God's grace.

i thought when i first seen this that you should like do a painting of this. this is like way wicked luv. :hug: makes me so excited. when i grow up i want to just do you ...ah ..i mean be just ike you :D i am so envious of your skills. :D :hug:

= p ... interesting... though i admit that the first time i saw the drawing i read until the beginning of the part you mentioned "beasts, lion , bull, eagle" I thought of a chimera like thing... but anyways, liked the idea... seems kinda celestial... the closed eye ideal and bla bla bla ... So according to your description she is like some "GOOD SIDE" Awakened Being? = p ...?

So you can say she is more or less a "non villain" kakuseisha... interesting... would be nice if the claymores had such kinda of allies on their side... (i exclude things like riful ´cause she has second vile interests xD and alicia and beth ´cause they are organization´s dolls... so far we read and undesrtood)

My feeling is that she has such exquisite control, restraint and will over her yoki element, that even in awakening she may have the strength of mind to exercise discretion with her powers. After all she's said to be the most powerful of their warriors yet and NO ONE has seen the full of her powers being released, even at like half power and less she can pwn pretty much anyone and hardly break a sweat. We never see her stress to any extent further than her eyes changing color.

I think I just died of sheer awesome. The eyes and the animal heads (polycephaly's rare in Awakened Beings!) and the sword and the hooves! *Now TOTALLY proud that she's a Taurus.*
